A teacher at Basra University publishes Research in the International Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences.

           A Doctor Osama Nazim al-Abadi at College of Law at University of Basra published a paper entitled International Protection of Educational Institutions during Armed Conflicts.

        The research aims to protect educational institutions and provide full immunity against military attacks during armed conflicts through the commitment of the parties to the conflict to ensure the immunity of educational institutions.
