Private law Branch

       The Private Law Branch seeks to disseminate the legal culture related to civil law, commercial law and civil procedure law, as well as to clarify the impact of legal rules on financial transactions in Islamic jurisprudence by highlighting the legal rules related to legal texts.

 The Private Law Branch also seeks to link the theoretical study that reflects the reality of the study.

The special branch teaches subjects of great importance in real life, such as maritime commercial law, which is unique to the private law branch in the province of Basra because of its high importance and the fact that the province of Basra is the only province that owns a sea port.

In addition to teaching many subjects of vital importance such as corporate law, commercial law, pleadings and evidence law , implementation law and civil law.
