Master's thesis at the University of Basrah discusses civil liability arising from the harms of vaccines

The thesis of researcher Ghanem Raad Sepahi showed that it is easy to reach the definition of medical products, including vaccines from a scientific point of view, as the matter is different with regard to determining what vaccines are from a legislative point of view.
