A master's thesis at the College of Law at Basra University discussed the role of administrative justice in protecting personal freedoms
The letter of researcher Benin Faiq Rashid included that freedoms that are close to the personality at the forefront of public freedoms, and some of them consider them to be one of the most important freedoms ever, because restricting or diminishing these freedoms is a restriction and diminishing the ability of the human being to enjoy the rest of the freedoms, for example, a person cannot exercise the right to vote if he does not decide freedom of movement because through this last freedom he can exercise the right to vote.
