Performance assessment
The Quality and Performance Assurance Division evaluates the performance of the faculty's staff (teachers and staff) through a form launched through the supervisory and scientific evaluation body through the performance evaluation form (attached) for teachers and staff individually, the form is filled out with all activities carried out by the affiliate and for a whole year to achieve the overall objectives of the college the strategy must adopt a set of strategic objectives It should be formulated to be linked to the reality of the department, college and university and its current state and to have quantitative measures by which to measure the extent to which the achievement and achievement of its target, in light of the vision of the department and the college and its mission, environmental analysis, and the university's strategic plan, the college seeks to achieve strategic objectives.
