ِAbout the division

The Graduate Studies Division includes two units:

Admission and Transfer Unit: This unit works to receive applicants for postgraduate studies from (master's and doctorate / special branch) and (master's / general branch) through paper registration (a file for the student's personal documents with a certificate of passing competencies and no objection if the applicant is an employee) with electronic checking for applicants on a special link that reaches the applicant's data to a system designated by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, so the applicants' data is checked and matched electronically to be then the student Eligible to take the competitive examination. 

After uploading the results of the competitive exam to the system, the names of those admitted to postgraduate studies are announced, so an administrative order is issued to start them and follow up the administrative procedures for the student from the beginning until the university order is issued to graduate for the student.

Documents Unit: This unit works on issuing graduation documents for graduate students (for masters and doctorates) with the work of the validity of electronic issuance of each document through a special system for that and this unit also issues wall certificates for graduates.
