Authorizing Prof. Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Hamad to Assume the Duties of Acting President of the University of Basra.

Prof. Dr. Aqeel Fadhil Hamad has officially assumed his duties as Acting President of the University of Basra, pursuant to the ministerial order issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, authorizing him with the necessary powers to carry out the duties of the University Presidency.
