The University of Basra strongly condemns, in the strongest terms, the armed attack on the residence of Professor Dr. Ali Darb Shaaban, Dean of the College of Education in Al-Qurna District. Dr. Shaaban is considered one of the most dedicated academic and administrative figures in northern Basra.
