University of Basra organizes a symposium on contextual significance in the Holy Qur'an

The symposium featured a lecture by Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Khaled, who explained that contextual significance refers to the understanding derived from the context in which the Qur'anic text appears, whether it be linguistic, cultural, or historical. He emphasized that context plays a crucial role in determining the intended meaning and dispelling ambiguities that may arise from interpreting texts outside their context.
