The rotation request submission interface is designed based on the circulars issued on 30/7 and 1/8 by the Department of Research and Development.
The interface displays a table containing the vacant seats in the acceptance plan for the college, department, specialization, and degree for which the applicant was not accepted. The table shows the remaining seats in various categories. However, according to the circulars mentioned above, we would like to remind you of the following:
- Applicants with any submission privileges are not allowed to send a rotation request.
- Applicants who did not pass the competitive exam are not allowed to send a rotation request.
- Applicants are not allowed to apply for a vacant seat in the general or special categories or privileges. All rotation requests must be for the self-financed channel without submission privileges.
