The College of Law at the University of Basra organized a panel discussion on the legal organization of substantive defenses.

            The episode, in which the researcher lectured at Zaman Fawzi Kata'a , aims to identify the lawsuit as a procedural right that gives its owner the right to submit a certain claim to the judiciary.
