The College Of  Law has established the Simnar for a graduate student Haidar Taha Yassin entitled The Legal System for Management Control of Petroleum Licensing Contracts in Iraq (Comparative Study) 

        Researcher Haidar Taha Yassin said that the aim of the research on the subject of management control over oil licensing contracts is due to subjective and objective reasons, but the subjective reasons are due to the lack of the Iraqi and Arab legal library to the existence of specialized research in the field of management control over petroleum contracts .
