       Political parties are one of the components of the democratic state, they help to crystallize and formulate public opinion and express it through the political will of the citizens as well as help to enshrine the principle of peaceful transfer of power by generalizing the right of proposal to all members of the political people through the legitimate frameworks drawn by the law .
