The College of Law held a panel discussion entitled ((The interpretive decision of the constitutional courts and its impact on the state authorities))

         The interpretive decision of the constitutional courts is the decision issued by the constitutional courts on the occasion of exercising their interpretive competence in interpreting the Constitution, laws and regulations when deciding on the interpretive request submitted by the constitutional courts in a matter of decisions and obligations towards all, and the scope of the authority of the interpretive decision of the constitutional courts is determined by two axes .
